Our flagship offering makes use of Zeolite Technology and transition metal complexes to separate impurities from the gas stream such as light levels of CO2 and N2. We can capture the CO2 and N2 and store them on site. This prevents the CO2 going back into the atmosphere (reducing global warming) and nitrogen can be used elsewhere in the process, saving costs for the refineries.
Our pioneering venture is in collaboration with Oilfield Production Technologies (Australian) and DKT Energy Technologies (China). Australian Government funding received for our research represents a significant leap forward in commercialising the gas separation technology developed by Dr Kevin Li, Prof Eric May of the Australian Centre for LNG Futures.
